Refund & Return Policy

1. No Returns on Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products (sealed albums and merchandise), we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect selection by the customer

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is incorrect

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider (PayU / bank)

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Damage is due to customer mishandling
  • No unboxing proof is provided
  • Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
