Refund & Return Policy

1. No Returns on Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (sealed albums and merchandise), we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect selection by the customer
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is incorrect
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider (PayU / bank)
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Damage is due to customer mishandling
- No unboxing proof is provided
- Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
